Pilot Cold Brew 'Black' is our purest form of specialty cold brew. Using coffee that is sourced directly from long-standing producer partners. Roasted to unlock the coffee's full potential and spectrum of flavour. Brewed to deliver a subtle sweetness and balanced acidity.

OUR PROCESS:

Driven by quality, we use traditional and innovative techniques to achieve our desired flavour profile. Prepared in small batches using an immersion extraction brew method. Fine filtered for clarity, nitro-infused for a rich, creamy texture.

STOCKISTS:

Pilot Cold Brew is available on tap at all PCR locations and in select cafes, restaurants and retailers. Ask for it by name.
