Fairview Estate has been producing coffee for over 80 years on 300 acres of fertile soil. During peak season they employ nearly 800 people to prune, irrigate, pick and process the coffee. That includes this particular lot comprised of peaberries: a variant of coffee cherries containing a single round seed rather than two.
Peaberries are more dense than typical coffee seeds, so by separating them a more consistent roast is achieved. The result in this case is very balanced, with a green apple acidity, hints of cocoa powder and a silky, clean mouthfeel.Parameter Guides
