Baristas spend countless hours refining their techniques in pursuit of the perfect cup of coffee. Our new Brew Methods class is designed to enhance your home brewing experience and take you step-by-step through the core principles of specialty coffee brewing.
In this three-hour course our coffee educator will guide you through four key brew methods: Chemex, Aeropress, Pour-over, and French Press. Balancing theory and practical learning you will develop an understanding of how to brew delicious coffee, develop your preferred method and recipe, and repeat your results at home.
As a participant you will receive a copy of the comprehensive Pilot Coffee Roasters Brew Method Barista Training workbook and a bag of our specialty coffee to brew at home.
All of our Barista Training sessions will be held at our roastery: 50 Wagstaff Drive, Toronto
*Please note there will be a 50% cancellation fee of $75.00 if you choose to cancel your reservation within a week of the scheduled class date.
