Following the notoriously adventurous Catalan ‘Natural’ release, producer partner Nicholas Hammond delivers yet another showstopper. His incredibly sweet and delicate Gesha has made its way back to the roastery after three years, and it does not disappoint. This crop was originally grown from seed brought from Ethiopia to Guatemala by Nico’s grandfather, and while we’ve seen several processing methods used with this coffee over the years, there has always been a consistent, vanilla-like sweetness and wonderful creaminess. A renowned varietal that’s flourished into an unforgettable cup thanks to some very skillful processing.
This coffee features the Rainforest Alliance Certified™ seal, which helps to assure environmentally and socially responsible production and harvesting practices. The seal is awarded to farms and forestlands that meet the rigorous criteria of the Rainforest Alliance Sustainable Agriculture Standard or the Forest Stewardship Council. Find out more at ra.org.
