Here the coffee cherries are collected from the properties of multiple smallholders to be sorted, washed and carefully dried on raised beds. During the hottest part of the day, farmworkers will cover the coffee to ensure it does not dry too quickly or become brittle.

Dangura is a washed coffee that is emblematic of great Sidamas: vibrant aromas of stone fruit, coffee blossom and jasmine, with a clean silky mouthfeel – a taste profile that comes from nowhere else in the world.
