A delicious Pacamara varietal from the Pacas family, an influential Salvadoran coffee dynasty.
Over five generations the Pacas family have become synonymous with quality, innovation and social responsibility in specialty coffee. Their incredible influence goes as far as having their own coffee varietal which is ubiquitous across El Salvador. Their state-of-the-art wet mill is located in the west of El Salvador on the Santa Ana volcano, the same location as La Providencia farm. However, their operations span across the industry including 19 associated farms, a roastery, exporting company, training centres and cafes. This is our first release from La Providencia: a Pacamara varietal (a hybrid of their namesake Pacas and the Maragogype) with big tropical flavours and a creamy mouthfeel. This particular lot won their internal competition that is held between all Pacas-operated farms to encourage the highest quality production. A very delicious coffee we are lucky to share with you.
