Orders placed Thursday to Monday will be processed and shipped out the following Tuesday. Orders placed Tuesdays and Wednesdays will be processed and shipped the following day. We ship whole bean coffee only.
If you have nominated 'PICK UP' at either our Tasting Bar or Union Station location the same shipping timeframe applies. The online order 'pick up' service is not available for our other locations. – FREE SHIPPING –
For orders over $43, we offer free shipping throughout Canada using FedEx Economy. We offer shipping throughout the United States as well – cost of shipping begins at $20, and is further determined by the weight of the order.
– COFFEE SUBSCRIPTIONS –
Our coffee subscriptions are designed to ship 'as and when you need it'.
We make the process easy and completely up to you. You choose the number of bags of coffee* you want, along with the frequency in which you wish it to be sent. Once set up you can manage your own subscription by simply logging into your profile to change the frequency, skip a shipment or update any details. There is no need to pre-pay, as this is automatically recurring, we charge you once your coffee is about to be shipped. Please note; we roast and ship Mon-Thurs.
*There is a minimum order of 2 bags of coffee per shipment.
– RETURNS –
