Our ode to the dark roast done right. This blend is a chance for our roasters to prove their agility as they take the roast to just before or right up to the second crack – a sweet spot that preserves all of the full-bodied smoothness and caramel tones of a dark roast before crossing into bitter, burnt territory.

The composition and roast level changes with the seasons (as with all of our blends), but the roast character will hold steady. For those who crave the weighty intensity of darker roasts, this one’s for you. This is a Direct Trade coffee.
