This Costa Rican Geisha is part of our Limited Edition Ruva series. Natural processing is the original coffee processing method and designed to create immense flavour. Cherries are hand picked and left on raised drying beds with all of the pulp still intact, then hulled to extract the bean from dry skin before shipment. Keeping the skin and fruit intact creates more fermentation and flavour development, especially with a delicate varietal like Geisha. In this instance, natural processing has created rich notes of pear and jasmin with a lingering, silky finish.
