SPARKLING COLD BREW PALMER

YOU WILL NEED:

METHOD:1. Muddle mint leaves at bottom of pitcher (alternatively, muddle mint leaves in shaker and shake with lemonade and ice) 2. Pour lemonade and top with sparkling water in your serving glass with ice. 3. Using a spoon to slow the pour, slowly pour the cold brew concentrate over the lemonade to create 2 distinct layers. |
COLD BREW SANGRIA

YOU WILL NEED:
Serves 4

METHOD:1. Combine cold brew concentrate, water and simple syrup into a large pitcher (a chemex works well), stirring until well-mixed 2. Add fruit and let sit in the fridge for 30 min-1 hour 3. Pour into glasses filled with ice and serve
