YOU WILL NEED:
BREW PARAMETERS:DRY: 21g cascara WET: 300g water RATIO: 1:14.28 WATER: 93°C |
METHOD:1. Rinse/preheat the carafe or mug with water. Discard after 1 minute 2. Add 21g of cascara into tea filter/infuser and place into steeping vessel 3. Pour 300g of water evenly over the tea into the steeping vessel 4. Allow the tea to steep for a total brew time of 3 mins 5. Decant with tea filter/infuser

COLD CASCARA STEEPED TEA |
YOU WILL NEED:
BREW PARAMETERS:DRY: 25g cascara WET: 400g water RATIO: 1:16 WATER: Room temperature |
METHOD:1. Add 25g of cascara into tea filter/infuser and place into carafe 2. Pour 400g of water evenly over the tea into the carafe 3. Store carafe in a fridge and steep for a total brew time of 6 hours 4. Decant with tea filter/infuser
