TRADITIONAL MATCHA WHISK x PLUCK TEA
Simply the best method for whisking up a perfect matcha, use a bowl – style teacup or matcha bowl and whisk using a ‘w’ pattern until a fine layer of froth forms, and all lumps are gone.
Classic Recipe:
- 2 scoops of matcha (1g) into 2oz hot water. (170–180˚F).
- Whisk using a bamboo chasen.
- Enjoy ‘straight up’ or as a latte by adding 6oz steamed milk (or milk alternative).
