WHAT GOT LOCOMOTIVE STARTED?Our travels to North America’s west coast and ongoing business in Melbourne, Australia have made it clear to us that coffee and coffee shops can be so much more. Locomotive sought to give our community of London, Ontario a hub where skilled baristas serve great coffee and local snacks. The vision existed, but Pilot Coffee made it a reality. In the early stages of our partnership they advised us on equipment, cafe layout and helped avoid costly errors to start us on the right path. WHAT KEPT YOU GOING AND MADE YOU SO SUCCESSFUL?We’ve always remained focused on providing great customer service, hosting special events and offering good food options. But ultimately, we make sure that every coffee we serve is something to be proud of. Pilot has been instrumental in this regard, frequently “tuning up” our team to keep our skills sharp. We like to think that is what brings people back and creates positive word of mouth from our loyal customers. |
