This red honey Catuai from repeat Cup of Excellence winner Roger Ureña Hidalgo is extremely well-balanced and roasted lighter to highlight its bright citrus notes.

Roger Ureña Hidalgo lives a life of coffee. He began early, working on his father’s farm and planting seed beds with his earnings. By teen-age, he was growing coffee on his own plantation. Fast forward to today: Roger operates 10 farms and a micro mill where his coffees are processed.
